Magic Box Poetry
On Wednesday 16th May, we were delighted to welcome lots of parents and families to our poetry recital. Year 3 recited the Magic Box by Kit Wright which they had then used as inspiration to write their own poetry following the same form. The children picked their favourite part from their own poem, and these were put together to form a class version which was also recited. Finally, children shared their full poems with parents and school staff. Please see below for some of the amazing feedback that was left!
