Fish cakes
Fish cakes.
In DT, we began by thinking about our favourite savoury dishes. Thinking about the ingredients, the taste, the smell and why we liked it. Then we taste tested a range of fish (and non-fish) cakes. We then looked at simple fish cake recipe. In our groups we discussed the ingredients we liked and those we would change. Next, we began making our fish cakes -they looked very impressive but not everyone was a fan of what they made! We can't wait to make them again at home.
