Children with Medical Conditions

We will work with parents who have children with medical conditions. Please, in the first instance, contact the school office who will be able to guide you. 

Your initial data pack will ask for full details of any medical conditions such as Asthma. Please note it is vital that parents keep the school informed of any new conditions or of any changes to existing ones.

Please note that dietary allergies in relation to the school must be registered with the school office, in writing. 

If you wish your child to be on a free from diet due to a diagnosis, please register this with HC3S directly . Please see link below to ur school meals page with more information.
