Science Experiment

We carried out a mini investigation to make a scale model of the distance between the Sun and Earth. We represented the Sun with a person, and the rest of the class measured 23m away from the person.  We noticed that the 'Sun' looked very small compared to where we were stood, but it is roughly 100 times bigger than Earth.  We learnt that the Moon is 4 times smaller than Earth.
