Administration of medicines

Only prescribed medications can be administered by school staff. We will, in certain circumstances give doses of calpol or ibuprofen with parent's written permission.  To enable staff to give these medicines a form must be completed on the first day of brining the medication into school. Please note that there should be a four times a day dose for this to be administered at school.

A form is below for you to print and return or one can be collected from the school office.
