Making pasta sauce
Step one: Try and rate some existing pasta sauces (Tomato and Basil, Tomato and Mascarpone and Spicy Arrabbiata)
Step two: Try some ingredients that they may wish to include in their own pasta sauces tomorrow (including three types of pepper, garlic stuffed olives and anchovies)

Step three: Use the bridge and claw techniques to chop the ingredients
Step four: Simmer the sauces
Step five: taste test
