Once you have listened to the story,complete a role on the wall for the farmer and one for the duck and compare. How do the characters differ?
For phonics this week please watch Mr Thorne and focus on sounds ue and ew. Write a list of words that contain those sounds and choose some to write into sentences. Don't forget your dots and dashes.
Reading - This week, I would like you to read a book from home and create a front cover to show the main parts of the story. You could even write about your favourite character.
In maths we are focusing on halves and quarters. Have a go at some of the sheets below.

In science, we have been learning about animal groups. Research online about the different animal groups. Which group do we below to?
