Trip to Waterstones

As part of our World Book Day celebrations we went to Waterstones to spend our vouchers and all the children were able to choose their free book.  We were very sad to hear that Shirley Hughes, the writer and illustrator, had died just a few days before, so the children recited the poems by her which we had learnt in the Autumn term for the book sellers in Waterstones.
