Autumn Welly Walk
On Friday 25th November, we ended our autumn topic with a welly walk! We wrapped up warm with our wellies and coats and set off.
We went through the nature trail in the forest and spoke about the changes that happen in autumn. We used words such as deciduous, evergreen and hibernation.
We then made "leaf wands" by finding a stick and carefully threading leaves onto it. The children used a combination of colours and sizes.

The children were allowed to go and discover around the field and in the woodland. They also found a teepee that they loved being inside!
We then, of course, ended our welly walk with biscuit Friday. The children were very happy!
