Christmas Lunch/ Market Day!

 What and exciting day, Christmas Market and Christmas Lunch!

The children had a fun packed day today, thanks to the PFA and the school cooks. We were fortunate enough to combine both  school Christmas Lunch and the Christmas Market. The  Christmas elves, who work under the strict guidance of the PFA, worked very hard yesterday afternoon and evening and prepared the Rainbow Room with lots of lovely gifts for the children to purchase for family and friends. The children really enjoyed their Christmas shopping experience and many of you have lots of lovely gifts to look forward to on Christmas Day! A very big thank you to the PFA who have worked hard to ensure that everything was ready for today and gave up so much of their own time to do extra Christmas shopping on behalf of the children.

 We also enjoyed whole school Christmas Lunch, with an excellent Christmas meal prepared by Jan and her team in the kitchen and shared with all the staff in the school.  The children had a great time pulling crackers, sharing jokes and joining in with Christmas songs. Some of the children's comments were lovely and really encapsulated all that is good about Christmas in school.

As teachers and staff we are so very lucky to share this special season with the children.
